Donation Form
In an effort to obtain capital equipment and services that
the team does not currently have, OCST has initiated a special
program of financial sponsorships to help the entire team. Our goal
is to raise $10,000.00 by asking for the financial support of
community leaders like you; our employers, local businesses, and/or
families to help us become the excellent team experience that we
desire for our children
Oregon City Swim Team (OCST) is made up of:

60 swimmers - ages from 6 to 18 |
 |
55 families make up the swim team from all over
the Portland area. |
 |
OCST swimmers are involved in over 40 swim meets
per year |
 |
We host at least 6 meets per year, including one
of Portland's largest swimming competitions - Spring BC
Championships |

Over 300 swimmers enter from Newport to Pendleton |
 |
Over 1500 people attend the 2 day meet - from
all over Oregon |
The Oregon City Pool:

Over 130,000 people use the Oregon City pool
every year.

Besides the OCST, West Linn High School,
Gladstone, and Oregon City High Schools’ swim teams practice
and compete here

These high schools’ have a total of 10 meets
during the season.

At least 70 swimmers at each meet

An average of 200 spectators attend each high
school meet

OCST hosts an average of 6 meets here per year

Four levels of team sponsorship are available:
 |
Bronze $250.00 - $499.00
 |
Silver $500.00 - $999.00
 |
Gold $1,000.00 - $2,499.00

Platinum $2,500.00 +

Donors will be boldly recognized at such levels with
a nice wall plaque of appropriate size for their office, thanking
them for their generous donation as an OCST sponsor. The larger
donation level donors will receive a plaque with a picture of the
entire team. All donors will be mentioned at such levels on the
Donor Honor Roll Recognition plaque on display in the bulletin board
at the Oregon City Swimming pool. All sponsors will be recognized in
our heat sheet packets, monthly newsletter, web page, and traveling
team banner. Platinum sponsors will also have their name boldly
displayed on a large banner on the very visible wall at the end of
the pool.
Swim team members that secure a financial sponsor will be mentioned
in the monthly newsletter. No donation funds will be used to offset
individual fundraising commitments to ensure that the donor can
write off 100% of their donation.
Donated funds are aimed at the following projects:

2 Pace Clocks - large easy to read electric
clocks @ $235.00 w/o freight.

35 Workout deck mats @ $16.95 each w/o freight.

Purpose: to use on pool deck for dry

20 Catalyst hand paddles @ $13.75 each - local

Purpose: training aid for swimmers to
build strength.

50 Training fins @ $17.50 each - local purchase.

Purpose: training aid for swimming and
preventing shoulder injuries.

6 SretchCordz @ $24.50 each - local purchase.

swimming resistance for breaststrokers.

Purpose: state of the art technology
for timing competitions
OCST is dedicated to serving our community in
several ways. OCST coaches and certified team swimmers teach public
swim lessons, work as lifeguards, and volunteer at the Oregon
Special Olympics. These are just several of the areas that we are
involved in.
