MAC Long Course Invitational

Deadline for meet entries:  Tuesday, March 30 *right after Spring Break*

Our first meet of the long course season will be at Multnomah Athletic Club.  Please indicate whether or not you will be attending this meet. Forms can be placed in the safe or you can e-mail your coaches at: ocst.coach@gmail.com

Directions:
  • SOUTHBOUND:  Take I-5 to I-405 South.  Take Burnside exit, go straight on (15th) to Salmon, turn right, go through stoplight at 18th.  MAC Club is on right and parking garage is on left.
  • NORTHBOUND:  Take I-5 to I-405 North.  Take Salmon St. exit.  Merge onto 14th St. Go one block and turn left onto Taylor.  Turn left onto 17th. Proceed on 17th to Salmon.  Turn right onto Salmon. Additional parking will be available- check with Security guards at main parking structure. There may be a parking charge is offsite parking is involved.
Seeding:  Session II (Saturday morning) will be the only session pre-seeded.  All other sessions will be deck seeded based on time, not gender.  Boys and girls will be swimming together.

Awards:  Ribbons for top 6 places in each individual event. Awards will be given through ages 12&Under in the following age breakdown: 7 year olds and under,  8 year old, 9 year old, 10 year old, 11 year old and 12 year old in morning sessions.  The open awards will be given by event, not by age grouping.  There will be no team score.
