The Oregon City Swim Team (OCST) was founded in 1965 by dedicated parents interested in an organized swimming program for their families. The team has evolved from a recreational club to a competitive swim team, becoming incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1982. The team is known for its commitment to participate and excel in state, regional and national competitions. This has been made possible only by the continuous dedication of both parents and swimmers throughout the years. OCST is located at the Oregon City Swimming Pool located at 1211 Jackson Street in Oregon City. The facility has an indoor six-lane, 25-meter pool with a diving board and water slide. There is also an outdoor wading pool, showers and locker rooms, spectactor area, and community room. TEAM PHILOSOPHY OCST's philosophy is more than just diving into the pool and swimming laps in preparation for competition. Our professional coaching staff is interested in helping develop successful people as well as successful swimmers.
